Overdue Notices

Avoid absent memory syndrome

Absent memory syndrome happens to the best of us so part of the asset management is we will send you overdue notices stating which items have gone overdue. This is set by our clients either in the month the item goes overdue, or can be set 5 months prior or after the overdue date.

A manager tracking system allows NIS to be able to send an overdue notice on a particular month, and then, if the operative doesn't act upon the notice a further reminder can be sent to their manager. This allows the manager to be made aware of any particular operatives who are using potentially dangerous, untested items.
